At Canyon View we combine ELAC (English Language Advisor Committee) with SSC (School Site Council) in order to meet and review the school site plan. We have an ELAC parent representative who attends the School Site Council meetings. In addition, we host 3 or more meetings a year for parents of English language learners to learn more about Canyon View programs, discuss the English Language Performance Assessment, LCAP, standardized assessments, Reclassification, and answer parent questions.
